In China, shopkeepers, workers, employers, or waiters often fall asleep for a few minutes at their place of work, in the middle of the day, in the middle of the street. They find themselves balanced on a bicycle, on a workbench, a restaurant table, at the foot of a historical monument, on a makeshift chair, in full view of all passers-by.
